Our in-house engineering team utilizes modern 3D scanning technology to capture exact measurements of your vehicle’s cabin and seating geometry. From there, we digitally engineer interior components that optimize space, comfort, and ergonomics; often creating a more spacious and refined driving environment than the original vehicle ever offered.
This process allows us to reimagine everything from seat dimensions and bolstering to pedal positioning and console layout, ensuring the interior fits you perfectly.

Once engineered, each component is brought to life using advanced manufacturing technologies including 3D modeling and precision printing, allowing us to produce custom interior structures and parts that would otherwise be impossible to achieve.
These engineered components are then passed to our in-house upholstery specialists, where traditional craftsmanship takes over.
Every detail is carefully finished by hand; from seat construction and custom bolstering to door panels, dash elements, consoles, and stitched leather surfaces. Materials are selected for both durability and beauty, resulting in interiors that feel as exceptional as they look.

The Commissioning Process
Every custom interior begins with a personal design consultation. During this process, our team works closely with you to understand your vision, comfort preferences, and the overall aesthetic you want for your Corvette’s interior.
From there, our in-house design team develops concept sketches and interior mockups that bring your ideas to life. These designs allow you to review and approve the layout, refinements, and custom details before the build process begins.
Once finalized, you’ll select from a curated range of premium upholstery materials, stitching styles, and interior finishes, ensuring your custom interior is tailored precisely to your taste before our engineering and upholstery teams begin production.
