NCRS Duntov Mark of Excellence Award

In order to be considered for a Duntov, a Corvette must be expertly resorted back to factory, scoring above a 97 out of 100 at a National Convention. It must also pass the performance verification test and have a regional top flight award as pre-requisites.  It is not just the flawless finish that matters, but the mechanical components must also be true to original factory specifications. This award is one of the most difficult awards to receive, as even decibels count. The Corvette is judged on chassis, mechanical, interior, exterior and overall operations. The vehicle must score, at minimum, at 97% out of 100% on "original as manufactured" scale and a rigorous performance test with no singular failures.
