Jim Jordan
Co Founder & President
Graduate in Automotive Technology, ASE Certified Master Technician, MACS Certified. Owned and operated a general repair facility prior to forming County Corvette. As a Mechanic & Body Shop Technician for over ten years, Jim developed many of the techniques and specialized equipment we still use today to repair and restore our customer's cars here at County Corvette. Jim is also a past Expert Panelist for five consecutive years for Barrett Jackson's Corvette Market Seminar, accurately assessing and predicting the national Corvette and collector market.

Ed Kavetski
Auto Purchasing & Sales
Ed has been a leader in the automotive sales industry for over 30 years. Always forward thinking, Ed helped eBay create eBay motors and was the first in the industry to use photo studio photography in the general sales marketplace. Ed has an industry wide reputation for his up-front approach in buying and selling automobiles.
Mike Etling Jr.
Service Manager
Mike is graduate of Bloomsburg University and a third generation automobile restorer. He is Certified Safety and Emissions Inspector as well as a Model A Ford Master Judge, and a life member of the AACA.
Joe Lombardo
Service Manager
Joe grew up hanging out at his uncle’s dealership where he helped the technicians work on Ferraris. Joe has over 18 years of experience in the automotive performance sales and service industry. He’s highly knowledgeable in all aspects of performance vehicles from American Muscle to the JDM and European cars.
Josh Banker
RestoMod manager
With nearly two decades of experience in the automotive industry, Josh has dedicated his career to working on and with cars. The thrill of witnessing a project come to life and achieving a fully functional vehicle is what drives his passion. Josh thrives on the challenges that come with troubleshooting various issues that cars can present, making each problem-solving endeavor a rewarding experience.
Jeff Kreutzer
PARTS MANAGER
Jeff has been working in the automotive parts and customer service industry for 15 years and has a background in journalism. He loves that everyday he learns about a new configuration to fit new parts and technology into a classic car.
Jean McCann
Controller
Jean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Masters degree in Management from Penn State Great Valley. Jean also attended a professional development course in Cash Management at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Coupled with Jean's educational background, she also has 30+ years experience in accounting and administration. Jean has been with County Corvette since 2005.
Mary McGraw
BookKeeper
Mary joined the County Corvette team in 2023 as our Bookkeeper. She has 35+ years of bookkeeping and office management experience. Mary loves working with numbers and solving discrepancies. When not at work, Mary loves family time with her husband, daughter, son, son-in-law and grandchildren. She enjoys spending time in the Poconos and at the beach. Live, Love, Laugh is her motto.
Heather Klein
Receptionist / Accounting Support
Heather has an extensive background in administration & a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Millersville University. Heather joined the County Corvette family in December 2020 & she is the first one to greet County Corvette’s customers, always with a smile. In addition to volunteer work with canine visitation therapy and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society with the annual Philadelphia Flower show, Heather spends her free time gardening, knitting, enameling & antiquing.
Hank Koppenol
Master Service & Restoration Technician
Hank has over 40 years of experience as a mechanic in the automotive industry. He also has over 13 years of experience working with Corvettes. Hank has obtained his ASE certifications and owns and builds hot rods.
Dick Railing
Master Service & Restoration technician
A.S.E. Certified Master Automobile Technician, A.S.E. Certified Master Truck Technician, and M.A.C.S. Certified Air Conditioning Technician with over 40 years in the automotive repair industry. Dick has owned and raced several Corvettes competitively and has custom built several nationally recognized show cars. Dick is highly skilled in all phases of automobile repair and restoration. In his spare time, Dick is currently building a Model A Street Rod.
Craig Harkness
Master Service & Restoration Technician
Craig operated his own shop for 20 years. He is certified with state inspection and emissions. In Craig’s time off he enjoys being with his kids and going to the shore. He is also from West Chester, Pa.
Jeff Spayd
Service & Restoration
A Certified Electrician and mechanic, Jeff has been working on cars since childhood. Jeff’s vast abilities range from mechanic to repairing shop equipment to hauling cars and basically getting fast results in things that need to be done yesterday!
Nick Butler

Nick is the youngest member of the County Corvette team but has been working on cars his whole life. He enjoys working with Dick Railing, and constantly growing his knowledge of cars and their inner workings.

Adam has been working on cars for as long as he can remember. He loves being able to problem solve and satisfying his customers.
Scott Burke
RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
With an illustrious career spanning 35 years in the automotive industry, Scott Burke has cultivated a passion for the art of making cars go fast. As a seasoned Technician, Scott's expertise is unparalleled, honed through decades of hands-on experience and a relentless pursuit of automotive excellence. For 25 years, he proudly served as a Jaguar Master Technician.

Master Fabrication and Restoration Technician
Jed has over 17 years as a technician with many years of experience in machining, fabrication and as a mechanic. Jed has brought enormous experience from various fields.
Mike Budzik
Master Technician- Fabrication, Assembly
Mike is a licensed mechanic and has been a master collision and paint technician for over 12 years. In his spare time he enjoys building hot rods and rebuilding engines, and spending time with his wife and five (yes five!) girls. Mike lives in Parkesburg, PA.

Mike is a life long lover of cars, and has been working on them with his father since he was a child. He loves that he continually learns new things and new ways to work. And as much as he loves working on Corvettes, his true passion is in European cars.

Adam is a 2005 graduate of the Automotive Training Center. Adam has over 12 years of experience in collision repair and body work. Adam is one of the best in the business.

Master Painter
Chris has been painting cars for 6 years, and loves that painting lets him release his creative side. Shocking to most, he has a degree in accounting.

Body Shop Technician
Mike has been in the body business for 20 years. He loves the creativity it affords him, and he loves seeing the progress of a project go from a rough un-sanded fiberglass body to a smooth and shiny product.
