We use the latest, state of the art Accudraft, heated, downdraft spray booth for the best paint finishes available anywhere. This unit has a 1.2 million BTU  heater to achieve accurate and steady temperatures in any conditions. Paint color and texture matching is one of our specialties.




This Accudraft spray cabin allows us to paint at steady, pre-adjusted temperatures. Ambient outdoor temperature and weather have no effect on inside conditions. This makes for consistent finishes with no guesswork. We have also incorporated a full sprinkler system, not only in our entire facility, but independently within the spray cabin and mixing room.

Paint color and texture matching is achieved through the use of our in house mixing  equipment appropriate clearcoats and HVLP spray guns.
The Sikkens basecoat/ clearcoat sytem is the product of choice as we believe it is the best material available

The latest technology in mixing measurement is employed in our state of the art downdraft mix room.

Factory color matching is based on computer filed codes for all standard and factory variations.



Custom or non factory colors are matched using our in house "camera" that actually identifies the colors on an existing finish and will produce a formula. Although this technology has existed for over ten years, Sikkens has been a pioneer with advancing the accuracy of these units. Previous models only identify 6 paint angles while this unit will identify over 12. Having this truly state of the art equipment in house really gives us a distinct advantage over virtually all other shops saving time and preventing multiple coats that have been applied in error.



Our mixing station stirs all tints continuously to insure an even and consistent application every time.



All tints are measured with a 1/100 of a gram scale.

High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) spray guns are exclusively used for a superb consistent finish.



A complete supply of all materials with backups are kept in inventory to assure we have what we need at all times.

A high pressure spray gun cleaner is used for all gun cleaning

All estimating is done through ADP Shoplink for accurate, insurance company recognized and approved estimates.



All components are individually painted when possible. This eliminates overspray on the vehicle and allows for a more accurate factory appearance.

Any wet sanding is done in our "wet pit". This area has a swaled floor and T-drain which leads to a 2500 gallon tank. All waste water is collected and recycled.



An 8 foot opening provides entrance to our assembly and storage areas. This is wide enough for a car to pass through with 1.5 feet clearance on either side and creates a lane down the entire length of the facility. During the winter months or days with heavy rain, cars do not need to go into the elements outdoors.

Over 2500 square feet is dedicated for storage of customer's parts. All customer parts are carefully inventoried. We know where the parts for "your" car are at all times. You will not see piles of parts stacked in corners.

We also have room for 25 Corvettes indoors in our separate warehouse. No outdoor storage is used at County Corvette. Another unique concept that differentiates us from other shops is that any car in our service areas are being worked on. If waiting for parts they are moved to the storage area. This area is also fully alarmed and armed with ceiling mounted fire suppression.
