Our body department is as
modern and high tech as it gets!

All sanding and grinding is done in our body prep area.
This state of the art ventilation system sets the industry standard.

All airborne particles are pulled to the floor through a
downdraft Accudraft ventilator. This uses the same filtration and lighting that the
spray booth uses and is fully OSHA compliant. A movable curtain wall makes for easy access.
This equipment keeps our employees safe and our shop virtually dust free.

The environment in our body shop is very clean despite the
constant grinding and sanding thanks to this state of the art equipment. Dust is pulled
into the grated area as it is produced, again, keeping the employee safe and the customers
car and work area relatively clean.

The body preparation above is a dirty job but as you can see,
there is little airborne dust. Protective equipment is also utilized to keep the technician
safe.

Another area we have for rough body work utilizes a full room ventilation
system and vacuum sanding equipment to help capture dust as it is created.

When needed our technicians utilize the cutting edge in technology for safety. We are
equipped with state of the art, battery powered respirators ensuring zero
exposure to hazardous materials. The 3M CB1000 units are the best in the
industry and County Corvette is the first and only Corvette facility to
utilize this technology.

These units provide filtered
pressurized air through a fully self contained unit. There are no heavy
hoses to get in the way of the work area.

We are committed to provide our employees the safest and best work
environment in the industry.

Where most Corvette shops subcontract frame repairs, we are
able to keep this function controlled in-house. The beginning of a good body job must start
with an accurate chassis!

Frame repairs are made using our Chassis Liner frame rack and
CLC computerized measuring system.

Specialized clamps and pulling tools specific to Corvette repair are
utilized for the repair process. Undetectable frame repairs are a must on
every job.
