We thoroughly inspect, then appropriately disassemble the surrounding panels to access all frame components and replace or repair as needed.
As you can see pictured above, this C5 took a hard hit damaging the front frame rails. New frame rails are installed at the original location point bringing the Corvette back to it's pre-collision strength.




New GM components are used if available. Damaged parts are never straightened or repaired. This provides the original structural integrity in the event of future damage.

Cutting, welding, and metal fabrication is performed in house.

Correct Stick welding

All welding is performed in house using the era correct methods, whether ARC(stick) welding , MIG welded, aluminum spool or TIG welder giving your chassis the correct and undetectably repaired appearance.
